Leadership Theory Books: “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.” The historic words by J.F. Kennedy motivated every American to contribute to their country. A good leader motivates people to do things for him and his organization. It is their responsibility to create an environment conducive to an exemplary fellowship style instead of passive obedience.
